•Prepare, submit, and obtain approval for professional certification and standard filing applications for DOB and Landmark

•Sign off applications when project is complete

•Revise filings and drawings post approval

•Request for final inspection prior to sign off

•Resolve violations and stop work orders issued by DOB, ECB, HPD, etc.

•Request for records such as sanborn map, DOB records, etc.-Order hydrant flow test, boring test, architectural survey, zoning exhibits, asbestos report, etc.

•DEP applications (RPZ & SD12)

•Other related applications such as BPP, fence, sign, & street tree applications
